That a public hearing has been duly and legally <br />811 <br />9i held by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one <br />101 � ,ane District Amendment application to amend Sections 303 and <br />ll,304 of Ordinance 964 as amended. <br />12 <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the <br />13 <br />adopt ion of the proposed amendment and the r one reclassification <br />14 <br />of certain parcels of land in accordance with and pursuant to <br />15 <br />16 <br />said, application* <br />3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended <br />17 <br />18 action appropriately shown and for convenience is reference <br />19 ;indexed on asps numbered as follows: <br />l <br />20j (a) Map 4818-11 <br />21 <br />I Change RE zone to a R-3 zone <br />22 <br />Index Now A-11-69 <br />23 <br />24 <br />4.
