1 2 31 i 41! 51 , 6 7. i 81 1 91 101 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 Beginning at the intersection of the northerly right of way line of the San Bernardino Free- way, as conveyed to the State of California by deed dated April 26, 1951, and recorded in Book 2772, page 175 of Official Records, and the Westerly right of way line of 8th Street, as said 8th Street is shown on �:he Map of the Town of Colton, recorded October 28, 18895 in Book 9 of Maps, page 37 in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County; thence Northerly, along the Westerly line of said 8th Street and its Northerly extension, to the intersection of the Northerly line of 10H" Street, as shown on said map of the Town of Colton; thence Westerly along said Northerly line of "H" Street to the intersection of the Easterly -right of way line of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company, said Easter- ly line being the Westerly line of Peacock Street, 80 feet wide, vacated, as said Peacock Street is shown on said Map of the Town of Colton; thence Southerly along said Easterly line of the Santa Fe R.R. to the intersection of the Northerly right of way line of the San Bernar- dino Freeway, as conveyed to the State of California by deed dated October 12, 1956, and recorded in Book 4243, page 467 of Official Records; thence Easterly along the said North- erly line of the San Bernardino Freeway as conveyed to the State of California by deeds recorded in Book 4243, page 467, Book 6664, page 30, Book 2704, pages 559 and 562, Book 2796, page 585, and Book 2772, page 175 all Of Official Records, to the point of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Westerly 12 feet. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the City Clerk shall further certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published at least once in the Colton Courier, a newspaper of general circulation published in said City of Colton and hereby designated for that purpose.
