BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Colton as follows: SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares: 1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment application to amend Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964, as amended. 2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassifica- tion of certain parcels of land in accordance with and pursuant to said application. 3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action appropriately shown and for convenience is reference indexed on maps numbered as follows: (a) Map 4817-12 Change R-1 zone to a R-3 zone Index No. A-1-70 4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission.
