<br />at all the times herein mentioned had and still
<br />has a bona fide subscription list of paying sub-
<br />scribers, and which newspaper has been estab-
<br />lished, printed and published at regular intervals
<br />in the said City of Colton, State of California,
<br />County of San Bernardino, for a period exceeding
<br />one year next preceding the date of publication of
<br />the notice hereinafter referred to; and which news-
<br />paper is not devoted to nor published for the in-
<br />terests, entertainment or instruction of a particular
<br />class, profession, trade, calling, race, or denomin-
<br />ation, or any number of same; that the notice, of
<br />which the annexed is a printed copy, has been
<br />published in each regular and entire issue of said
<br />newspaper and not in any supplement thereof on

<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1362
<br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
<br />COLTON, AMENDING ORDINANCE
<br />NO. 964, AS AMENDED, AND PRO-
<br />VIDING FOR CERTAIN ZONE
<br />RECLASSIFICATIONS.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the City
<br />Council of the City of Colton as
<br />follows:
<br />SECTION ONE: The City Coun-
<br />cil -finds and declares:
<br />1. That a public hearing has
<br />been duly and i legally held by the
<br />Planning Commission of the City
<br />of Colton on one Zone District
<br />Amendment application to amend
<br />Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance
<br />No. 964, as amended.
<br />2. That said Planning Commis-
<br />sion has recommended the adoption
<br />of the proposed amendment and
<br />the ,zone reclassification of certain
<br />Parcels of land in accordance with
<br />and pursuant to said application.
<br />3. That said parcel is delineated
<br />and the recommended action ap.
<br />propriately shown and for conven-
<br />ience is reference - indexed on
<br />maps numbered as follows:
<br />(a) Map 4817-12
<br />Change R-1 zone to a R-3
<br />4. That aepubic heaex ring has0been
<br />duly and legally held by the City j
<br />Council on the aforesaid recom-
<br />mendation of the Planning Com-
<br />mission:
<br />SECTION TWO:

<br />Planning Director is hereby directed
<br />to amend the Official Zoning Maps
<br />of the City of Colton adopted by
<br />Ordinance No. 1323 in accordance
<br />herewith to show said approval and
<br />certify to the same.
<br />SECTION THREE: Effective Date.
<br />This ordinance shall be in force
<br />and effective thirty (30) days after.

<br />SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk
<br />shall certify to the passage of this
<br />ordinance and shall cause the same
<br />torpublished once in the Colton
<br />Couril er, a daily newspaper, hereby
<br />designated for the purpose.
