1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />1C <br />11 <br />1� <br />1� <br />1� <br />1� <br />1F <br />1' <br />U <br />1! <br />2( <br />2: <br />2; <br />2; <br />24 <br />2! <br />21 <br />2' <br />2� <br />0 <br />3� <br />3: <br />3; <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1363 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON 9 AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 964, AS <br />AMENDED, ADDING SECTION 14121, PARKING, STORAGE <br />AND INOPERATIVE VEHICLES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of <br />Colton as follows: <br />SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 964 be amended by <br />adding the following: <br />Section 1412: Parking, Storage and Inoperative <br />Vehicles: The regulation of the parking of vehicles in ,certain <br />yard areas, storage of material in certain yard areas and <br />inoperative vehicles in any res ident is 1 sone district shall be <br />as follows: <br />(1) Parking Spaces. <br />All required parking spaces or areas in any <br />residential zone district shall be to the rear of any required <br />front or side yard adjacent to any street. <br />(2) Driveways, Maneuvering Area, Parking ,Area <br />No paved driveway, vehicle maneuvering area, <br />or parking area shall occupy more than fifty percent (50%) of <br />any required yard area or setback area which is adjacent to a <br />street. <br />(3) Front and Sideyard Storage: <br />(a) No portion of any front or s ideyard <br />adjacent to a street shall be used for the storage of trash, <br />junk, rubbish, wood or other materials, etc. <br />Storage shall mean and constitute the <br />presence for a period of forty-eight (48) or more hours in any <br />
