ORDINANCE NO. 1367 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA$ PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE <br />OF GENERAL OBLIGATION ELECTRIC UTILITY <br />BONDS OF SAID CITY IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$13220,000. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 1358 of the <br />City of Colton, California, a special municipal election <br />was duly and regularly held in said City on the 27th day <br />of January,,, 1970, at which election there was submitted <br />to the qualified voters of said City the following bond <br />proposition, to wit: <br />and <br />ELECTRIC UTILITY BOND PROPOSITION. - <br />Shall the City of Colton incur a bonded <br />indebtedness in the principal amount of <br />$1,220,000 for the acquisition and con- <br />struction of additions to and improve- <br />ments of the electric utility system of <br />said City, including the construction <br />of a substation, the installation of <br />transmission and distribution lines, and <br />the acquisition of land, facilities, <br />equipment and other property necessary <br />to transmit and distribute electric <br />energy and power? <br />WHEREAS, said proposition received the affirmative <br />vote and assent of more than two-thirds of all of the quali- <br />fied voters of said City voting on said proposition, and <br />said City is now authorized to issue bonds in the amount <br />and for the purpose set forth in said Proposition: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of <br />Colton,, California, DOES ORDAIN as follows: <br />
