That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by <br />the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District <br />Amendment application to amend Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance <br />No. 964, as amended. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the <br />adoption of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification <br />of certain parcels of land in accordance with and pursuant to said <br />application. <br />3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action <br />appropriately shown and for convenience is reference indexed on <br />maps numbered as follows: <br />a. Map 4817-12 <br />Change R-1 Zone to a R-2 Zone, Index No. A-3-70. <br />4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by <br />the City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning <br />Commission. <br />SECTION TWO: The zone reclassification herein above referred) <br />to is hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed <br />to amend the Official Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by <br />Ordinance No. 1323 in accordance herewith to show said approval <br />and certify to the same. <br />SECTION THREE: Effective Date.
