AND PRC-)VIDING CEJ�TAIN <br />'SONE RECLASSIFICATIONS <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Colton <br />A <br />as follows: <br />SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares: <br />I . That a public hearing has been duty and legally held by the Planning <br />Commission of the �,'ity of Colton on one Zone District Amendment application <br />to amenct Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964, as amended. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption of the <br />proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certain parcels of land <br />ill accorciance with and pursuant to said application. <br />3. That said parcel is delineated and the recomimended action <br />appropriately shown and for convenience is reference indexed on maps <br />numbareci as ioliows: <br />a.. Flap No. 4817-5 <br />Change R-1 Zone to a R-3 Zone,, Index No. A-5-70. <br />4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the City <br />Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br />SECTION TVVtJ: The zone reclassification herein above referred to is <br />hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the <br />':official Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1323 <br />in accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. <br />SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This ordinance shalt be in force and <br />effective thirty (30) days after final passage. <br />SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shalt certify to the passage of this <br />
