THE USE OF TRAFFIC UPON THE STREET, SIDEWALKS AND OTHER PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PLACES IN THE CITY OF COLTON. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1074 is hereby amended ,by. adding thereto on Sub Section 16A, Article XV, 16.2 the following: Name of Street or Portion af- fected: Rancho Avenue from Valley Boulevard to La Cadena . Drive, Declared Prima Facie Speed Limit: 35 MPH. 2. Effective date - This ordinance shall be in force and effect thirty days after final passage. 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance' and. cause the same to be published in the Colton Courier, a newspaper of general circulation within the City of Colton.
