: <br />SEWER BOND PROPOSITION: Shall the : <br />City of Colton incur a bonded indebted- : <br />ness in the principal amount of : YES : <br />• <br />$1,210,000 for the purpose of the <br />• acquisition and construction of a o a <br />• certain municipal improvement, to wit: <br />• additions to and improvements of the <br />• sewage treatment plant and the con- <br />struction of additional sewer trunk <br />lines, including the acquisition of all NO <br />land, easements, pipe, pumps, machinery,: <br />• equipment and other property necessary <br />• therefor? • <br />Section 6. A cross (+) placed in the voting square <br />after the word "YES" shall be counted in favor of the adoption <br />of the proposition. A cross (+) placed in the voting square <br />after the word "NO" shall be counted against the adoption of <br />the proposition. <br />Section 7. If the proposition for incurring bonded <br />indebtedness so submitted receives the vote required by law, <br />bonds of said City, not to exceed the principal amount stated <br />in such proposition may be issued and sold for the purpose <br />set forth in such proposition. <br />Section 8. For the purpose of holding said election <br />there are hereby established ten voting precincts designated <br />as hereinafter stated and each consisting of the regular <br />election precincts in Colton of the numbers hereinafter <br />stated, as said regular election precincts have been estab- <br />lished by the Board of Supervisors of San Bernardino County <br />for the purpose of holding state and county elections and <br />exist on the date this ordinance is adopted.
