1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1517 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 964, AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING <br />FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSIFICATIONS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares: <br />1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by <br />the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment <br />application to amend Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964, as amended. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption <br />of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certain parcels of <br />land i'n accordance with and pursuant to said application. <br />3. That said parcel is delineated and therecommendedaction <br />appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced indexed on the maps on <br />file in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: <br />Zoning Map No. 26 <br />Change an R -3-X Zone to an R-1 Zone <br />17 <br />4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />18 <br />City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br />19 <br />20 SECTION TWO: The zone reclassification hereinabove referred to <br />21 is hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the <br />22 Official Zoning Maps.off the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 in <br />23 accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. <br />24 SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in <br />25 force and effective thirty (30) days after final passage. <br />26 SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of <br />27 this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Colton <br />28 Courier, a weekly newspaper, hereby designated for the purpose. <br />
