That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1074 is hereby amended by <br />adding thereto on Sub Section 16A, Article XV, 16.2 the following: <br />Name of Street or portion affected: <br />(a) Kirk Street from Pine Street to its most easterly <br />terminus. <br />Declared Prima Facie Speed Limit: 15 MPH <br />(b) Ash Street from Pine Street to Cedar Street. <br />Declared Prima Facie Speed Limit: 15 MPH <br />(c) Berry Street from Congress Street to Ash Street. <br />Declared Prima Facie Speed Limit. 15 MPH <br />(d) Cedar Street from Congress Street to Kirk Street. <br />Declared Prima Facie Speed Limit: 15 MPH <br />2. Adoption. This ordinance is an emergency ordinance and is <br />adopted pursuant to Section 36937 (b): of the California Government Code. <br />This ordinance is adopted as an emergency measure and the <br />City Council of the City of Colton hereby finds that an emergency exists within <br />the limits of the City of Colton regarding public safety, health and welfare of <br />said City and that this ordinance is adopted to protect said public safety, <br />health and welfare of said City. <br />3. Effective Date. The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and <br />the City Clerk shall attest thereto, and it shall become effective immediately. <br />
