The Council finds that <br />the public interest, convenience, health, welfare and safety of <br />1the people of the City of Colton require additional Parklands, <br />Park and Recreation facilities, improvements of existing Park and <br />Recreation facilities, and the revenue to finance acquisition, <br />development and improvement of these lands and facilities. A fund <br />is hereby established for Construction Tax Fees to be used for <br />capital outlays to provide Park and Recreation facilities and <br />improvements in conformance with the Recreation Element of the <br />111Colton General Plan, adopted December 6, 1973. <br />Fees: Fees shall be established by Resolution <br />11adopted by the City Council. <br />Basis of Fees: Fees shall be based on the numbers <br />and types of all new structures or additions and on each mobilehome <br />space created after the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Collection of Fees: Fees shall be paid at the time <br />application is made for a building permit.
