Open space, (natural, passive, <br />undisturbed grade) 1.00 to ---- <br />Before credit is given, the Planning Commission shall make written <br />findings that a minimum of five (5) of the Local Park Basic Ele- <br />ments are provided. <br />Constitutionality or Invalidity: If any section, sub- <br />section, clause or, phrase of this ordinance is, for any reason, <br />held to be invalid or unconstitutional, such invalidity or uncon- <br />stitutionality shall not affect the validity or constitutionality <br />of the remaining portions of this ordinance, it being hereby <br />expressly declared that this ordinance, and each section, sub- <br />section, s-entence, clause and phrase hereof, would have been <br />prepared, proposed, approved and ratified irrespective of the <br />fact that any one or more sections, subsections, sentences, <br />clauses or phrases be declared invalid or unconstitutional. <br />SECTION TWO: Effective Date.
