1 ORDINANCE NO. 1523 <br />2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON'AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT <br />3 TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF COLTON AND THE BOARD OF <br />4 ADMINISTRATION OF THE CALIFORNIA PUBLIC <br />EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM. <br />5 <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTO'N DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLO14S: <br />6 <br />SECTION 1. That an amendment .to the Contract between the City <br />7 <br />8 Council of the City of Colton and the Board of Administration, California <br />Public Employees' Retirement System is hereby authorized, a copy of said amend - <br />10 9 <br />ment being attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A", and by such reference made a <br />11 part hereof as though herein set out in.full. <br />12 SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City Council is hereby authorized, <br />empowered, and directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of said <br />13 <br />14 City. <br />15 SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days <br />16 after the date of its adoption, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) <br />days from the passage thereof shall be published at least once in the Colton <br />1'7 <br />Courier, a newspaper of general circulation,, published and circulated in the <br />18 <br />City of Colton and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force <br />19 <br />and effect. <br />20 <br />21 PASSED, APPROVED an ADOPTED this 6th day of December, 1977. <br />22 <br />23 AB BELTRAN <br />Mayor <br />24 TTEST: <br />25.�2rna <br />26 ELEIN A.
