I M P-3 91 10 11. 12' 13 14 15 16 3.7 18 lJ 20 21 22 25 � 1 24 25 26 27 28 ORDINANCE NO. 1525 AN ORDINANCE OF THECITY OF COLTON AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 964, AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSIFICATIONS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The City Council.finds and declares: 1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment appli- cation to amend Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964, as amended. 2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption pf the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certain parcels of I land in accordance with and pursuant to said application. 3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced indexed on the maps on jh file in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: Zoning Map Nos. 20, 21,.25 and 26 'Change the zone from M-1, Light Manufacturing, to P. C., Planned Community, consisting of 151 acres located between Interstate 15 and Hunts Lane, north of Washington Street 4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the City Council on.the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission. SECTION 2. The zone reclassification herein above referred to is hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the Official Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 in accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. SECTION 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in force and effective thirty (30) days after final passage.
