The City Council.finds and declares: <br />1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment appli- <br />cation to amend Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964, as amended. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption <br />pf the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certain parcels of <br />I land in accordance with and pursuant to said application. <br />3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action <br />appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced indexed on the maps on <br />jh file in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: <br />Zoning Map Nos. 20, 21,.25 and 26 <br />'Change the zone from M-1, Light Manufacturing, to <br />P. C., Planned Community, consisting of 151 acres <br />located between Interstate 15 and Hunts Lane, north <br />of Washington Street <br />4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />City Council on.the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br />SECTION 2. The zone reclassification herein above referred to <br />is hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the <br />Official Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 in <br />accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. <br />SECTION 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in force <br />and effective thirty (30) days after final passage. <br />
