<br />at all the times herein mentioned had and stili
<br />has a bona fide subscription list of paying sub-
<br />scribers, and which newspaper has been estab-
<br />lished, printed and published at regular intervals
<br />in the said City of Colton, State of California,
<br />County of San Bernardino, for a period exceeding
<br />one year next preceding the date of publication of
<br />the notice hereinafter referred to; and which news-
<br />paper is not devoted to nor published for the in-
<br />terests, enterlalnment or instruction of a particular
<br />class, profession, trade, calling, race, or denomin-
<br />ation, or any number of some; that the notice, of
<br />which the annexed is a printed copy, has been
<br />published in each regular and entire issue of said
<br />newspaper and not in any supplement thereof on

<br />ZONE RECLASSIF'1CATIONS.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
<br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COL -
<br />TON AS FOLLOWS-.
<br />SECTION ONE: The City Council .
<br />finds and declares:
<br />1. That at public hearing has been
<br />duty and legally held by the Plan-
<br />ning Commission of the City of Cot-. ;.
<br />fon on one Zone District Amendment
<br />application to amend Sections 303 .
<br />', and 304 of Ordinance No. %4, as -
<br />amended.
<br />2. That satd Planning Commission
<br />has recommended the adoption of
<br />the proposed amendment and the
<br />Zone reclassification of certain
<br />parcels of land in accordance with `
<br />and pursuant to said application.
<br />3. That said parcel is delineated
<br />and the recommended action ap'-
<br />propriately shown and for conve-
<br />nience, is referenced indexed on the
<br />maps on file in the City Clerk's office
<br />numbered as follows;
<br />Zoning Map Nos. 23 and 24
<br />change the zone: from M-1 light
<br />industrial, to R=1, single-family
<br />residential, on property located
<br />south of Congress Street and
<br />Agua Mansa Road, west of La
<br />Cadena Drive, along 5th Street
<br />4. That a public hearing has been
<br />duly and legally held by the City
<br />Council on the aforesaid recommen--
<br />dation of the Planning Commission.
<br />SECTION TWO: The zone
<br />reclassification herein above re -
<br />ferrel to is hereby approved and the
<br />Planning Director is hereby directed
<br />to amend theOffic ial Zoning Maps of
<br />the City of Colton adopted by Or-
<br />dinance No. 1420 in accordance
<br />herewith to show said approval and <
<br />certify to the same'.
<br />SECTION THREE: Effective;
<br />Date. This ordinance shalt be in
<br />force and effective thirty (30) days
<br />after final passage.
