2. Adoption. This ordinance is an emergency ordinance and is <br />2 <br />3 adopted pursuant to Section 36937 (b) of the California Government Code. <br />This ordinance is adopted as an emergency measure and the <br />4 <br />City Council of the City of Colton hereby finds that an emergency exists within <br />6the limits of the City of Colton regarding public safety, health and welfare of <br />� <br />said City and that this ordinance is adopted to protect said public safety, <br />81 7� health and welfare of said City. <br />9 3.
