3,I Department shall not be obligated thereafter to respond to any alarm transmitted <br />2 or sounded by'the alarm system, proprietor, or audible alarm for which the per - <br />3 e mit has been suspended or revoked. <br />4 f.. Any such suspension or revocation of any permit may be in <br />5 addition to any penalties otherwise provided for by law. <br />6 Section 9.30.110. Appeals. Any person aggrieved by, dissatis- <br />7 fied with, or excepting to any action, denial, order, requirement, condition, <br />8permit, decision or determination made by the City Manager or his designee in <br />g <br />9 administering the provisions of this chapter, may appeal by filing written <br />1Oji notice specifying the grounds of appeal and the relief sought, with the City <br />11 Clerk within ten (10) days after notice of the action appealed from. Upon any <br />3.2E failure to file such written appeal within the time herein allowed, the action <br />13�� of the City Manager or his designee shall be final and conclusive. A timely <br />14-1 appeal shall be reviewed by the City Manager, and unless an adjustment of the <br />15 matter is made by the City Manager satisfactory to the appelant, it shall be <br />:L6 expeditiously scheduled for hearing before the City Council, which body at the <br />:M1 conclusion of its consideration may affirm, reverse or modify the action appeal - <br />18 <br />ppeal-18.ed from and may take any action which might have been legally taken in the <br />19 first instance by the City Manager or his designee. <br />20 1Section 9.30.120. Administration, Regulations and Standards. <br />-� The provisions of this chapter shall be administered and enforced by the City <br />22 Manager.
