Application for License. Eligible organizations desir- ing to obtain such license'to conduct Bingo Games in the City of Colton shall file an application upon a form prescribed by the License Collector in the Office of the Finance Director.. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1.! That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1499, and Section 19.13.010 of the Colton Municipal Code are hereby amended to read as follows: 9.13.010. Organizations Eligible for City License to Conduct Bingo Games. Bingo Games shall be allowed for the benefit of organizations exempted from the payment,of bank and corporation tax by Subsections 23701A, 237016, 2370ID, 23701E, 23701F, 23701G, or 23701L of the California Revenue and Taxation Code and by ,mobile home park associations and senior citizens organiza- tions, provided that the proceeds of such games are used only for charitable purposes'.
