That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1074, and Chapter 10.04, <br />'Section 10.04.130, 16.a, Article XV of the Colton Municipal Code, are hereby <br />I amended by adding thereto the following:. <br />a. Washington Street Bluff Road to Barton Road <br />Declared Prima Facie Speed Limit: 45 MPH <br />b. Barton Road Washington Street to Reche Canyon Road <br />Declared Prima Facie Speed Limit: 45 MPH <br />2. Adoption. This Ordinance is an emergency ordinance and is <br />adopted pursuant to Section 36937 (b) of the California Government Code. <br />This Ordinance is adopted as. an emergency measure and the <br />i <br />City Council of the City of Colton hereby finds that an emergency exists within <br />i <br />the limits of the City of Colton regarding public safety, health and welfare of <br />said City and that this Ordinance is adopted to protect said public safet <br />y <br />health and welfare of said City. <br />3.
