<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1074, AND
<br />CHAPTER 10.04, SECTION
<br />10.04,130, 16,a, ARTICLE XV OF
<br />THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE,
<br />REGULATING THE USE OF
<br />TRAFFIC UPON THE STREETS,
<br />SIDEWALKS AND OTHER
<br />PRIVATE PLACES IN THE CITY
<br />OF COLTON.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
<br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />COLTON AS FOLLOWS:
<br />1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No.
<br />1074, and Chapter 10:04, Section
<br />10,04.130, 16.a, Article xv of the
<br />Colton Municipal Code, are hereby
<br />amended by adding thereto the
<br />following:
<br />a. Washington Street Bluff Road to
<br />Barton Road — Declared Prima
<br />Facie Speed Limit: 45 MPH
<br />b. Barton Roast Washington Street
<br />to Reche Carryon Road — Declared
<br />Prima Facie Speed Limit: 45 MPH
<br />2. Adoption, This Ordinance is an
<br />emergency ordinance and is adopted
<br />pursuant to Section 36937 (b) of the
<br />California Government Code;
<br />This Ordinance is adopted as an
<br />emergency treasure and the City
<br />Council of the City of Colton hereby
<br />finds that an emergency exists
<br />within the limits of the City of Colton
<br />regardi'" public safet
