Reference is hereby made to said Agreement for <br />particulars, and a copy of said Agreement is on <br />file in the Office of the City Clerk and open <br />- <br />for public inspection. <br />SECTION <br />3. That.this adoption shall not constitute an indebted- <br />ness or liability of the City and said funds as made <br />available shall be pledged in the manner as set <br />forth above. <br />SECTION <br />4. Said monies as applied as a contribution are being <br />used to pay the costs and expenses of the improve- <br />ments as shown on the Redevelopment Plan as previously <br />adopted for said area. <br />SECTION <br />5.
