8 <br />9 <br />i <br />101 <br />III <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1538 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 964, AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING <br />FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSIFICATIONS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares: <br />i <br />1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by <br />Ithe Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment <br />application to amend Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964, as amended. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption <br />.of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certain parcels of <br />3-2 land in accordance with andurs <br />p uant to said application. <br />3.3 3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action <br />j <br />14iappropriately shown and for convenience is referenced indexed on the ,maps on <br />Ifile in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: <br />16-1Zoning Map No. 50 <br />17 j Change of zone from C-2, general commercial, <br />to M-1, light manufacturing, on property <br />located 379 feet north of the San Bernardino <br />County line, fronting La Cadena Drive, Parcel <br />No. 277-061-46. <br />20 <br />4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />I <br />21 !City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br />22 <br />SECTION TWO: The zone reclassification herein above referred to <br />23 !is hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the <br />24 <br />Official Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 in <br />25 accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. <br />26 SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This ordinances hall be in <br />27force and effective thirty (30) days after final passage. <br />28 l <br />
