That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by <br />the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment <br />application to amend Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964, as amended. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption <br />of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certain parcels of <br />land in accordance with and pursuant to said application. <br />3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action <br />appropriately shown and for conveni nce is referenced indexed on the maps on <br />file in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: <br />Zoning Map No. 5 - Change of Zone from R-1 <br />County zoning to R-1 City zoning, on property <br />located north o Olive Street, south of <br />Stevenson Street and east of Grand Avenue. <br />(Annexation North 13) <br />Zoning Map No. 2 - Change of Zone from R-1 <br />County zoning to R-1 City zoning, on property <br />located north of Citrus Street, and west of <br />Grand Avenue. (A nexation North 14) <br />Zoning Map No. 5 - Change of Zone from R-1-1 <br />County zoning to R -E City zoning, on property <br />located west of Feche Canyon Road, along the <br />San Bernardino County Flood Control Channel. <br />(Annexation Sout 29) <br />Zoning Map Nos. 42 & 50 - Change of Zone from <br />R -1-20,000T County zoning to R -1-X City zoning, <br />on property located west of Rosedale Avenue, <br />bordered on the west and south by the Colton <br />City Limits.
