ORDINANCE NO. 1544 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1074, <br />AND CHAPTER 10.04, SECTION 10.04.130, 16.a, <br />ARTICLE XV OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE <br />4 <br />1 <br />REGULATING THE USE OF TRAFFIC UPON THE <br />STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND OTHER PRIVATE PLACES <br />IN THE CITY OF COLTON. <br />BE IT.ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />1 <br />7 <br />8- <br />1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1074, and Chapter 10.04, <br />9 <br />1 Section 10.04-130, 16.a, Article XV of the Colton' Municipal Code, are hereby <br />10 <br />jamended by <br />adding thereto the following: <br />11 <br />a. Mill Street, Bordwell Avenue.to Rancho Avenue <br />Declared Prima Facie Speed Limit: 35 MPH <br />1311 <br />2. Adoption. This Ordinance is an emergency ordinance and is <br />14 jadopted pursuant to Section 36937 (b) of the California Government Code. <br />:15 <br />This Ordinance is adopted as an emergency measure and the <br />-16 <br />City Council <br />Ithe <br />of the City of Colton hereby finds that an emergency exists within <br />3.7 <br />limits <br />of the City of Colton regarding public safety, health and welfare of <br />-isaid <br />18 <br />City and <br />that this Ordinance is adopted to protect said public safety, <br />ty <br />:1.9 �Ihealth <br />and <br />welfare of said City. <br />20� <br />1 <br />3.
