91 <br />IFOLLOWS: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1545 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 964, AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING <br />FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSIFICATIONS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS <br />SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares: <br />1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by <br />,the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment <br />application to amend Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964, as amended. <br />10 i 2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption <br />t <br />3-1 !of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certain parcels of <br />4 <br />3.2 land in accordance with and pursuant to said application. <br />33 ' 3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action <br />14 'appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced indexed on the maps on <br />3.5 file in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: <br />3.6`1 Zoning Map No. 31 <br />171 Change of zone from R -E, Residential Estates, <br />to R -1-X, Single Family Residential, on 4.9 <br />18 acres located south of Barton Road, bordered <br />on the west by the San Bernardino Flood Con- <br />1-9trol.Channel and on the east by Reche-Canyon <br />2©1 Road. <br />21 <br />4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />lCity Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br />2 <br />2.3 SECTION TWO: The zone reclassification herein above referred to <br />2 <br />is hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the <br />25 jOfficial Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 in <br />26 accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. <br />27 ' SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in <br />28 <br />;force and effective thirty',(30) days after final passage. <br />I <br />
