AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING 3 ORDINANCE NO. 964, AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSIFICATIONS. 4 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS 5 !FOLLOWS: 6� SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares: 7 1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by 8� the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment 9 lapplication to amend Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964, as amended. 1 2. That said PlanningCommission mmission has recommended the adoption 11 !of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certainarcels p of 2-2 �land in accordance with and urspursuant to said application. 131a 3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action 14 l a ro ri a l pp p telt' shown and for convenience is referenced indexed on the maps on 35 file in -the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: 16 Zoning Map No. 25 17 Change of zone from R- 3-X to R-1 on Tentative 18 Tract No. 9765, located north of Washington Street, west of Poole Road- and south of Reche.Canyon Flood Control Channel. 20 i 4. That a public hearing has'been duly and legally held � 9 y by the 2l LCity Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning'_ Commission. 22 j SECTION TWO: The zone reclassification herein above referred to 23 is hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the Official Zoning Maps o f the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 in 25 accordance herewith to ,show said approval and certify to the same. 26 + SECTION THREE: Effective Date.
