BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: SECTION ONE The City Council finds and declares: 1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment application to amend Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964, as amended.` 2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certain parcels of land in accordance with and pursuant to said application. 3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action i 'appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced indexed on the 'maps on file in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows I E Zoning Map No. 35 Change of zone from R1-10,000 County Zone to R -E City Zone on property located east of La Cadena Avenue and ! north of Litton Avenue (Annexation South 34) Zoning Map No. 35 i L Change of zone from R1-12,000 County Zone to R -1-X City Zone on property located south of Litton Avenue, between Bostick & Rosedale Avenues (Annexation South 35) j 4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the GCity Councilonthe,aforesai'd recommendation of the Planning Commission. SECTION TWO: The zone reclassification herein above referred to lis hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the f Official Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted 'by Ordinance No.. 1420 in laccordance herewith1to show said approval and certify to the same. SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in !force and effective thirty (30) days after final passage.
