2 <br />3 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11� <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1552 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE NO.. 964, AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING <br />FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSIFICATIONS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS <br />IFOLLOWS- <br />SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares: <br />i <br />I. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by <br />i <br />the Planning Commission, of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment <br />application to amend Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964, as amended. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption <br />of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certain parcels of <br />12 i1and in accordance with and pursuant to said application. <br />3 3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action <br />14 <br />11appropriately.shown and for convenience is referenced indexed on the maps on <br />F <br />3 6�file in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: <br />a6� Zoning Map No. 30 <br />17 <br />Change of Zone from C -2-X to R -3-X on property <br />16- located south of Washington Street, west of <br />Center Drive and north of Barton Road, 2.09 <br />3 9 acres located on Tract 10567. <br />20:11 4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />21 ,l City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br />22 � SECTION TWO: The zone reclassification herein above referred to <br />23� is hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the <br />24 ;Official Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 in <br />25 ;accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. <br />26 f SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in <br />27 ;force and effective thirty (30) days after final passage. <br />28 <br />
