�p <br />i <br />{A <br />$$t <br />S� <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />IFOLLOWS: <br />6 <br />7 <br />0 <br />4. <br />141 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 - <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1553 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 964, AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING <br />FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSIFICATIONS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF'COLTON AS <br />SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares: <br />1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by <br />(the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment <br />;,application to amend Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964, as amended. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption <br />of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certain parcels of <br />land in accordance with and pursuant to said application. <br />3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action <br />appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced indexed on the maps on <br />file in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: <br />Zoning Map No. 54 <br />Change of Zone from R-1-1, County Zone, to <br />8 R -3-X, Multiple -Family Residential with Special <br />1g Conditions, City Zone, on property located at <br />12472 Reche Canyon Road. (Annexation South 36) <br />20.1 4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />I <br />21 lCity Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br />22 SECTION TWO: The zone reclassification herein above referred to <br />23 its hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the <br />24 ilOfficial Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 in <br />4 <br />2' iaccordance herewith to show said approval andcertifyto-the same. <br />26 ,` <br />SECTION THREE: Effective Date.
