I <br />2 <br />31 <br />4 <br />6 <br />7 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1.555 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON ADDING CHAPTER 5.46 TO TITLE 5 OF THE <br />COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE PROVIDING FOR THE REGULA- <br />TION OF THE SALE OF AEROSOL SPRAY PAINT CANS TO <br />MINORS. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />There is hereby added to the Colton Municipal Code Chapter 5.46, <br />1which is to read as follows: <br />SECTION 5.46.010. Sale of Aerosol Spray Paint Cans to Minors. <br />It is unlawful for any person to sell, exchange, give or loan, or <br />�cause or permit to be sold, exchanged, given or loaned, any aerosol spray can <br />,containing any substance commonly known as paint to any minor person under the <br />'age of eighteen years. <br />SECTION 5.46.020. Possession of Aerosol Spray Paint Cans by <br />14 1i Prohibited. <br />I— - <br />15 i <br />It is unlawful for any minor person under the age of eighteen (18) <br />"6- to have in his, possession any aerosol spray can containing any substance common - <br />17 ly known as paint while upon any public highway, street, alleyway, park, play - <br />18 1ground, swimming pool or public place, whether such minor is or is not in any, <br />lautomobile, vehicle or other conveyance. <br />20 <br />SECTION 5.46.030.
