BE IT ORDAINED BY THE!:, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY T OF COLTON AS 5 FOLLOWS: SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares: 7 1. That a public hearing has be g g been .duly and legally held by -8Ithe Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment 9 japplication to amend Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964 as ji amended. 10 2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption -11 f the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certain parcels of 3-211and in accordance with andursuant'to 11 p said application. 13 14: 15 16 17 18 19 2®i 21 22 23 24 25 269 27 28 3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action propriately shown and for convenience is referenced indexed on the maps on le in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows Zoning Map No. 13 Change, of Zone from existing County Zone, C -1-T, to City Zone, C-2, General Commercial, on property lo- cated on the southwest corner of Rancho Avenue and Valley Boulevard, Index No. A-4-79. (Annexation West 32) 4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission. SECTION TWO: The zone reclassification herein above referred to js hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the Official Zoning Maps.of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 in accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in ,force and effective thirty (30) days after final passage.
