5 <br />!FOLLOWS: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1565 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 964, AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING <br />FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSIFICATIONS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE`CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS <br />6 SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares: <br />7 1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by <br />8 the Planning Commission of the City ofColtonon one Zone District Amendment <br />9application to amend Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964, as amended. <br />1.0 � 2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption <br />11l of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certain parcels. of <br />12 Iland'in accordance with and pursuant to said application. <br />13 1 3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action <br />I <br />3.4:1appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced indexed,on the maps on <br />1-5 <br />fife in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: <br />3.6-1 Zoning Map No. 38 <br />3__7 <br />_ Change of Zone from existing County zoning to <br />R -E -X City zoning on property located south of <br />$ Prado Lane and from Encanto Lane east to the <br />1:9 City Limits. (Annexation South 37) <br />20 4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />21 (City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission . <br />SECTION TWO: The zone reclassification herein above referred to <br />2? <br />,is hereby approved and the.Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the <br />23 <br />'Official Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 in <br />24 <br />'accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. <br />25 <br />SECTION THREE: Effective Date.
