That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by <br />the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment <br />application to amend Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964, as amended. <br />2. That said Planning Commission,has recommended the adoption <br />of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certain parcels of <br />land in accordance with and pursuant to said application. <br />3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action <br />appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced indexed on the maps on <br />file in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: <br />Zoni.ng Map No. 31 <br />Change of Zone from R -E, Residential Estates, <br />to R -3-X, Multiple -Family Residential with <br />Special Conditions, on property located south <br />of Cahuilla, between Cindee Lane and Mohave. <br />4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br />SECTION TWO: The zone reclassification herein above referred to <br />ishereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the <br />Official Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 in <br />accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. <br />SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in <br />force and effective thirty (30) days after final passage. <br />
