I official action must be taken by the City of Colton, and the City- 2 ity2 Council declares its intention to undertake and complete.any 3 proceedings necessary to be carried out by the City of Colton 4 under the provisions o£ the- Redevelopment Plan, as amended, 5 including, without.limitation, changes in zoning, the. location 6 and relocation of public facilities, and other similar public 7 actions, and in pursuance thereof, and without limitation, the 8 City Council hereby. 9 1. Pledges its cooperation in helping to carry out 10 the Redevelopment Plan; as amended; 11 2. Directs the various: officials, departments, boards 12 and agencies of the -City of Colton. having adminis= 13 trative responsibilities in the premises likewise 14 to cooperate to such_ end and to exe.rci,se their 15 respective functions and powers in a manner con - 16 sistent with.said'Redevelopment Plan, as amended; j 17 and 18 3. Agrees that any agreements, deeds or leases-sub- 19 eases-sub19 m.tted by the Agency to the City Council for its 20 approval or disapproval will be deemed approved 21 if not acted upon within thirty (30) days after 22 submission to the City Council. 23 Section 9. The City Council may expend funds of the. City 24 of Colton, from time to time, in accordance with_ the: applicable. 25 provisions of the Redevelopment Plan, as amended, for the Cooley 26 Ranch, Project No. 4. 27 Section 10.
