s 11 1 <br />Reference is hereby made to said Agreement for <br />particulars., and a: copy of said Agreement is on <br />file in the Office of the City Clerk and open <br />for public inspection. <br />SECTION <br />3. That this adoption shall not constitute an indebt- <br />edness -or liability of the City and said funds as made: <br />available shall be pledged in the manner as set <br />forth above. <br />SECTION <br />4. Said monies as applied as a contribution are being : <br />used to pay the costs and expenses of the improve- <br />ments as ,shown on the Redevelopment Plan: as previously <br />adopted .for said area. <br />SECTION <br />5.
