I <br />7 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 . <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1576 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 964, AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING <br />FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSIFICATIONS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS <br />11 FOLLOWS <br />SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares: <br />1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by <br />Ethe Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment <br />application to amend Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964, as amended. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption <br />of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certain parcels of <br />land in accordance with and pursuant,to said application. <br />�a ruummienaea action <br />14 appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced indexed on the maps on <br />15 file in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: <br />16 <br />Zoning Map No. 30. <br />3.7 Prezone from County Zoning to City Zoning, <br />18 C -2-X, General Commercial with Special <br />Conditions. <br />i <br />19 4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />20 City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br />21 <br />SECTION TWO: The zone reclassification herein above referred to <br />22 <br />�is hereby approved and the Planning Director is herebydirected cted to amend the <br />23 'Official Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 in <br />24 ;accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. <br />25 ' SECTION THREE: Effective Date.` This ordinance I Hance shall be in <br />26 force and ,effective thirty y (30) days after final passage. <br />27 <br />M <br />
