This Ordinance is an act pursuant to the authority <br />provided in, and all of the provisions, terms and conditions of, <br />Ordinance No. 1405 as amended. <br />2. Pursuant to the provisions Ordinance No. 1405 of the <br />City of Colton, a non-exclusive franchise to construct, operate <br />and maintain a cable television system within those portions of <br />the incorporated limites of the City of Colton for a term of <br />fifteen.
