<Y <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />.9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25- <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />ORDINANCE NO.. 1590 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF C.OLTON EXTENDING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1585 PROH1B1TING': CERTAIN <br />'INDUSTRIAL USES IN AN AREA OF THE CITY <br />PENDING STUDY. <br />WHEREAS, on June 17, 1980 the City Council of the City <br />of Colton adopted Resolution No. 4002 directing the City Planning <br />Department to initiate amendments of the General Plan and the <br />Zoning Ordinance to reduce the area designated for industrial <br />use; and <br />WHEREAS, on:June 17, 1980 the City Council of the City <br />of Colton adopted Ordinance No. 1585 pursuant to Government Code <br />Section 65858 prohibiting any uses in conflict with the contem- <br />plated zoning proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, said Ordinance No., 1585 shall be of no further <br />effect four months from its adoption: unless extended as provided <br />by law; and <br />WHEREAS, such amendments and the studies related thereto <br />are incomplete; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton conduct& <br />a public hearing regarding such extension as provided in Govern- <br />ment Code Section 65858. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is ordained that Ordinance No. 1585 <br />is extended for eight (8) months. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of October , <br />1980. <br />ATTEST- <br />City Clerk` <br />:Mayor <br />
