1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-08-04 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON TO REPEAL ORDINANCE 0-04-04 RELATING TO <br />TIME EXTENSIONS TO REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA <br />PLANS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton (the "City") established the <br />Downtown No. 1 Redevelopment Project by Ordinance No. 1179 on January 15, 1964, the <br />Downtown No. 2 Redevelopment Project Area by Ordinance No. 1263 on January 18, 1966, <br />the Cooley Ranch Redevelopment Project Area by Ordinance No. 1478 on July 29, 1975, the <br />Santa Ana River Redevelopment Project Area by Ordinance No. 1632 on December 29,1982, <br />the Mt. Vernon Corridor Redevelopment Project by Ordinance No. 0-8-87 on June 30, 1987, <br />the West Valley Redevelopment Project Area by Ordinance 0-10-86 on July 15, 1986, the <br />West Valley Redevelopment Project Area Amendment No. 1 by Ordinance No. 0-9-87 on <br />June 30 1987, and the Rancho Mill Redevelopment Project Area by Ordinance 0-13-94 on <br />July 5, 1994 (the "Redevelopment Plans"); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 0-04-04 on February 17, <br />2004 which extended time limits on the above mentioned redevelopment project area plans; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council now wishes to repeal Ordinance 0-04-04, <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "A." <br />FOLLOWS: <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN AS <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance 0-04-04 is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 2. Effective Date.
