In addition, any Towing Carrier or towing company <br />violating the provisions of the Rules and Specifications shall be subject to the permit revocation <br />provisions of contained herein and in the Rules and Specifications." <br />SECTION 2: Severability. If any provision or clause of this ordinance or any <br />application of it to any person, firm, organization, partnership or corporation is held invalid, such <br />invalidity shall not affect other provisions of this ordinance which can be given effect without the <br />invalid provision or application. To this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be <br />severable. <br />SECTION 3: Publishing. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this <br />Ordinance and cause the same or a summary thereof to be published within fifteen (15) days <br />after adoption in a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in Colton, California, <br />and the Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after its enactment in accordance with the <br />provisions of California law. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of June, 2004. <br />ATTEST: <br />Z,15AROLINA P.
