The City hereby adopts, by way of this Ordina ,O- ° the attached <br />new Rate, amended Rates, and increased charge to be charged to variousfisting customers <br />for the services and facilities furnished by the electric energy enterprise Hin the Utility. Said <br />new Rate, amended Rates, and increased charge are set forth in the at;hed Exhibit A — New <br />and Amended Electric Energy Rates and Charges for the Colton" electric Utility, which is <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br />SECTION 4.
