Animal Boarding <br />As defined in Section 18.04.026 of the Colton Municipal Code. <br />2. Automobile Storage <br />As defined in Section 18.04.074 of the Colton Municipal Code. <br />3. Mini -warehouse <br />As defined in Section 18-04.324 of the Colton Municipal Code. <br />4. Nightclubs <br />Shall mean entertainment facilities featuring any live entertainment, musical concerts, <br />dancing, disc -jockey -hosted music, karaoke sing-alongs, night clubs, comedy clubs and similar <br />entertainment clubs, but excluding adult business as defined in Chapter 18.49. <br />5. Private Bus Terminals <br />Shall mean a facility, building or location where non-public transport vehicles load and <br />unload passengers or goods for compensation. <br />6. Tattoo/Body Piercing <br />Shall mean any location where tattooing or body piercing is engaged in or where the <br />business of tattooing is conducted or any part thereof. <br />7. Tobacco/Hookah Bars & Lounges <br />Shall mean any facility, establishment or location whose business operation offers to <br />patrons the opportunity to smoke several different forms of tobacco or other substances through <br />or from a device generally consisting of a mouthpiece, pipe base/body holding water, tubes, <br />stems, tobacco bowl and charcoal tray. The device may be designed with a tube passing <br />through a container of water that cools the smoke as it is drawn through the tube. The device is <br />commonly referred to as "hookah pipes," but is also commonly known as a hookah, hooka, huka, <br />waterpipe, shesha, shisha, shishah, nargile or narghile. Such facilities, establishments or <br />locations may be known as hookah bars, hookah lounges, hookah parlors or hookah caf6s. <br />- 5 - <br />
