RESOL I UTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />ENGINEER TO PREPARE A LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />OF THE BOUNDARIESp TOGETHER WITH A <br />MAP, OF ELEANOR PARK TRACT ANNEXATION <br />DISTRICT. <br />The City Council of the City of Colton does resolve as <br />f 011ows <br />Section One: That the City Engineer be, and he is, hereby <br />authorized, ordered and directed to prepare a full, true and <br />correct legal description of the boundaries of Eleanor Park Tract <br />Annexation District, together with a map or plat indicating such <br />boundaries, and file the sqme with the County Assessor of the County <br />of San Bernardino and with the State Board of Equalization of the <br />State of California and comply in all respects with Section 3,720 <br />of the Political Code of the State of California V '04 <br />.
