2 <br />3 <br />4..' <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />116 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />30 <br />31 <br />32 <br />RESOLUTION No. 124,4 <br />le WHEREAS, the State of California under Chapter 47# Statutes <br />of 19 1 441, (4th Extra Session), has appropriated fund's for allotmen <br />by the Director of Finance to provide financial assistance to <br />'Local Ageneie a4efined therein as Coun,ties,, Cities or Cities <br />and Counties for the purpose of defraying not to exceed one-half <br />the cost 61' preparing engineering' fie 11d voys, engineering 'or' <br />architectural designs, and wor.1ring and dei itaiiled drawings and <br />sPecificationa,:,(hereinafter called "Plans") required for post war. <br />Public Works Projects described as "Specific pro jec <br />to" in said <br />Act; and, <br />2, WHEREAS# the City of Colton, hereinafter designated as <br />"Local Agencyll,,desires to apply to the Director of Finance <br />and/or the Post War Public Works Roview Board, as the case may <br />be, for an allotment of the State ts share of the estimated cost <br />of preparing the completed plans hereinafter mentioned and there <br />,ha I s been prepared and presented to this Legislative Body for <br />consideration on application for such purpose,; and <br />30 WHEREAS, Local Agency has provided, or will make available <br />upon approval of the aforementioned application, sufficient funds <br />to prepare the I Completed plans herein mentioned; <br />4, NOW THERWORE BE IT RESOLVED, 'that Local Agency submit the <br />afore; wld application to the Director of Finance and for the' <br />Post War Public Works Review Board, as the case may be, requesting <br />allotment of Sixty" -nine hundred and sixty, ($6960-OO)p Dollars,, <br />being not more than one-half the cost of preparing said <br />completed plans,9 or for such amount as may .be approved by the <br />Director of.Pinance and or the Post War Public Works Review <br />Board, (said allotment to be used for the purpose of defraying <br />the cost Of preparing said completed plans required )o for a <br />specific Project to be undertaken by local agency and described <br />as Sewage Treatment Plant* <br />
