Road; thence north <br />690 30' east 506.6 feet, thence north. 640 30' east 132 feet; ` <br />thence north 530 30' east 171.6 feet; thence ncEr th 240 15' <br />east 190.8 feet, to a stake on the west side of said Road; <br />thence west 350.32 feet, to the southeast corner of said <br />Lot 6 thence north 157.74 feet, to the northeast corner of <br />said Lot 6; thence west 463.18 feet, to the point of <br />beginning; <br />4 <br />EXCOEPTING THEREFROM that portion of Lot 6 that is situated wit#in <br />i <br />the City of Colton. j <br />e. That the aforementioned uninhabited territory, <br />included in the proposed annexation, shall be generally known and <br />identified as the NIOUNTAIN VIEW AYNEXATI:ON. TRACT. <br />f. That all of the property included in the aforesaid <br />territory shall <br />be taxed <br />equally <br />with the other property <br />within <br />the said City to <br />pay the <br />bonded <br />indebtedness and any and <br />all <br />general indebtedness <br />and liability <br />of the City <br />of <br />Colton <br />contracted prior to <br />or existing or <br />outstanding <br />at <br />the time of the <br />aforesaid proposed annexation of the aforesaid property as <br />provided in Section Ten, as amended of the aforesaid act. <br />g. That the 3rd day of Tune, 1946 <br />at the hour of 7:30 P. M. in the Council Chambers in the City Hall <br />of the City of Colton (which is located on "I" Street, between <br />8th and 9th Streets in said City), is the day hour and place <br />herein designated where any person awning real estate within such <br />territory so proposed to be annexed and having any objection to <br />the proposed annexation may appear before the City Council and show <br />cause why such territory should not be annexed; and furthermore <br />at t an time not later than the hour set for the said hearing any <br />owner of property within the territory proposed to be annexed <br />may file written protest against such annexation and such written <br />3. <br />
