WPL�?�, <br />CITY OF Qp].�j�p�► APYAOVIN(�t MEMORANDUM Of AGREEMENT <br />FOR EXPENDITURE OF 1/4 GENT GAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR STATE HIGHffAYB <br />WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Depart- <br />ment of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented <br />a.memorandum of agreement in accordance with a project <br />statement submitted by the City for expenditure of the <br />1/4 cent gas tax for the 194? biennium allocated for <br />State highways in the City of QplJp1& and <br />WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said agree- <br />ment in full and is familiar with the contents thereof; <br />THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the <br />City of that said agreement for ex- <br />penditure of the 1/4 cent gas tax allocated for State high- <br />ways be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor and <br />the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of <br />said City. <br />ADOPTED this 3rd day of September 1. <br />A.
