WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton has been informed that there are grooming upon the streetB:, and '*idewalks and private property within Said City many weeds:'*hlAbear seeds of a wingy or downy rAture or have attained svi4h a growth as to become a fire menace when dry or which are other- wise ther- wise noxious or dange rows , AREAS, the said City Council is of the opinion that same should be declared s public nuisance and should be abated in accordance with provisions of the Municipal Weed Abatement Law (Act No. 5197 Deerings General Laws) of the State of California. WHEREAS, the JStreet Superintendent has prepared a report properly describing the property upon which this oudition exists* NOTA, THIMPORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the of the City of Colton As follows: 1. That the City -J'Cauncil does hereby find, determine add -declare ti,t there are growing upon the streets, and sidewalks, and private property within said City many weeds which bear seed of a wingy or downy nay ur* or have attained such a growth as to become a fire menace 3rhen dry or which are otherwise noxi4tls or dangerous* 2.
