1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1325 <br />WHEREAS, the Public health, comfort, interest, convenien6e, <br />necessity, safety and welfare in and of the City of Colton and <br />inhabitants thereof require that certain regulations and <br />restrictions be made and adopted pertaining to the construction, <br />erection, use, occupancy and location of commercial buildings <br />within the City of Colton in order to prevent the creation of unsaf <br />conditions, the creation of fire hazards, the establishment of 4 <br />slums or slum areas, the depreciation of property values and the <br />subsequent or resulting injury to the physical and moral welfare of <br />the people of the said City of Colton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS, to -wit: <br />No building permit shall be issued for any commercial or <br />industrial building until applicant shall have appeared before the <br />Planning Commission with a complete set of plans and specifications, <br />including plat plan, showing proposed set backs. The Planning <br />Commission shall either approve or disapprove such plans. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 15th day of September, 1947. <br />A. E.
